Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor machinery performance and troubleshoot operational issues
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports

Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) preferred
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
