Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for plant machinery and auxiliary equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system failures to minimize production downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for technical support and procurement of critical components.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and engineering best practices.
- Prepare detailed maintenance logs, performance reports, and root cause analysis (RCA) documents for recurring issues.
- Implement process improvement projects to enhance machinery efficiency and energy consumption.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO and OSH standards across all engineering activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, industrial automation, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Melayu to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Willingness to work in Pulau Indah, Selangor and perform shift duties or emergency call-outs when required.
