Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate equipment performance records
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed
- Stay updated on the latest maintenance technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Certification in maintenance or related field is a plus
