Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and electrical systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and technical manuals
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations
- Document maintenance activities and maintain equipment service records
- Recommend equipment upgrades and modifications to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and industrial automation
- Certification in electrical safety or industrial maintenance preferred
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
