Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential properties in Uluwatu, including electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and structural components
- Conduct regular inspections of property facilities to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from property owners or managers, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of parts and materials
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate larger renovation or repair projects
- Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and local regulations
- Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and property systems to enhance efficiency and longevity
- Manage and maintain maintenance equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Valid certification in relevant technical areas (electrical, plumbing, etc.) is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with property owners and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of work
