Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, including resource allocation, system strategies, and timelines.
- Conduct regular preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues and resolve them efficiently to minimize production downtime.
- Monitor equipment health and performance data to predict failures and schedule proactive maintenance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations and company health and safety standards.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to procure spare parts and manage service contracts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and asset documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and reliability engineering principles.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Valid engineering qualification/license (where applicable).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
