Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and production equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions using diagnostic tools and methodologies
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and process efficiency
- Document maintenance activities, prepare technical reports, and maintain equipment records
- Coordinate with vendors for spare parts procurement and service contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards in all maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering within manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers)
- Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Certification in predictive maintenance or reliability engineering preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance calls
