As a Maintenance Engineer, you will combine your technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills to manage preventive maintenance schedules, diagnose complex machinery breakdowns, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing machinery and plant utilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment failures swiftly to minimize production downtime.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and external contractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify recurring issues and execute continuous improvement (KAIZEN) initiatives.
- Manage the maintenance inventory, ensuring critical spare parts are stocked while maintaining cost control.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and ISO quality management systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits, promoting a safe working environment across the production floor.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on maintenance experience, preferably within the food & beverage (F&B) or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLC control systems, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot high-speed packaging machinery, water treatment systems, and facility utilities (boilers, air compressors).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and manufacturing compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or on-call schedules to support round-the-clock manufacturing operations.
