In this role, you will be the guardian of our property’s operational standards, ensuring that every guest experience is flawless through meticulous building care and technical upkeep.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our villa facilities. You will work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment where attention to detail is paramount. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks on all building facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and villa management to ensure minimal disruption.
- Conduct regular inspections of villa structures, pools, and garden equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Execute minor repairs related to carpentry, painting, and general building finishes to maintain high aesthetic standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs or specialized technical services when required.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.
- Monitor and manage water filtration and pool sanitation systems for optimal water quality.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance, preferably in a hotel or villa environment.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently under pressure.
- Good command of English is a plus to effectively communicate with international guests and staff.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work in Seminyak, Bali.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
