Join Indospec Asia's dynamic engineering team as a Maintenance Engineer, where you'll be pivotal in ensuring operational excellence across our facilities. In this hands-on role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain complex mechanical and electrical systems to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation systems
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards
- Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance engineering
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical schematics, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Strong diagnostic skills with experience in root cause analysis
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) is highly desirable
- Advanced knowledge of CMMS software and preventive maintenance methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical documentation skills
