Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on hotel facilities including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests with efficient troubleshooting solutions
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage maintenance inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling equipment usage
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to coordinate maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental sustainability standards
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hotel or facility maintenance engineering (minimum 2 years)
- Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical, electrical, and structural issues
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Physical ability to perform hands-on repairs in various environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
