Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of facility infrastructure to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Perform comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, providing effective and timely repair solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt daily operations.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports regarding maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and repairs performed.
- Strictly adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company standards during all maintenance procedures.
- Assist in facility improvement projects to enhance overall equipment reliability and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Technician in an industrial or facility environment.
- Strong understanding of preventative maintenance principles and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a contract-based environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Willingness to work in Banyumas, Jawa Tengah, and available for shift work if required.
