We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join the TONGDA SMART TECH team. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for plastic injection molding machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures to restore production immediately.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize machine performance parameters.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and technical reports.
- Manage the inventory of maintenance tools and spare parts to ensure readiness for emergency repairs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment longevity and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the plastic injection molding or manufacturing sector.
- Strong working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical control systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify technical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet production targets.
