- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and calibration of production machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Overhaul and upgrade machinery components to enhance performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards

Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/food processing
- Proficiency in mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation
- Valid electrical/mechanical certifications preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
