Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules for all production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures promptly.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for equipment procurement.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurrent technical breakdowns to implement long-term solutions.
- Supervise third-party contractors and technical staff during major equipment overhauls.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and service logs.
- Ensure full compliance with K3 (Health and Safety) regulations and environmental standards within the workshop.
- Propose and implement equipment upgrades or modifications to improve production efficiency and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming, hydraulic systems, and industrial electrical circuits.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with preventative and corrective maintenance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and perform under tight production schedules.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
