Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure operational reliability
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and implement effective repair solutions
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and extend equipment lifespan
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inventory records, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system efficiency
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards for all maintenance activities
- Recommend system upgrades and improvements to enhance operational performance
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance engineering experience in industrial/commercial settings
- Strong proficiency in mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and HVAC maintenance procedures
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and maintenance management software
- Certification in preventive maintenance or facility management is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with systematic troubleshooting approach
- Valid Malaysian work permit and ability to work flexible hours if required
