- Implement preventive maintenance programs for production machinery and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize downtime
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend efficiency improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical documentation
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and industrial equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with CAD software and technical documentation
- Certification in maintenance practices (e.g., CMRP) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
