In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the peak performance, reliability, and safety of our Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) and associated warehouse automation technologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive and corrective maintenance on ASRS stacker cranes, conveyors, lifters, and transfer cars.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) faults, electrical wiring issues, and mechanical failures to minimize operational downtime.
- Monitor ASRS system performance using Warehouse Control System (WCS) and WMS interfaces, implementing optimization strategies where necessary.
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring critical components are stocked, cataloged, and ordered in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators, and OEM representatives for major system upgrades and technical support.
- Enforce strict workplace safety (WSH) regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during all maintenance activities.
- Compile maintenance logs, analyze equipment failure trends, and generate technical reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in maintaining automated warehouse systems, specifically ASRS, high-speed conveyors, or industrial robotics.
- Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Beckhoff, Omron) and reading complex electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work at heights (for ASRS crane access) and physical fitness to handle machinery maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts or be on-call for emergency breakdown support.
