We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at Anradus. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules for critical chemical manufacturing equipment. Your expertise will ensure operational efficiency, safety compliance, and minimal downtime in our production facilities. You will also coordinate closely with facility and utility teams to manage the upkeep of essential services supporting our chemical processes.

You will be tasked with troubleshooting complex mechanical issues, performing precise calibration of instruments, and ensuring the reliability of utility systems such as water, air, and steam. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for chemical reactors, mixers, and piping systems.
- Perform routine calibration of instrumentation and control systems to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with facility management to maintain utility systems (water, gas, steam, compressed air) supporting production lines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor equipment performance data to predict failures and schedule proactive repairs.
- Ensure strict adherence to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) standards during all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate asset records, spare parts inventory, and maintenance logs using CMMS systems.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within the chemical or process manufacturing industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) and standard industry practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Valid Singapore work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with production and engineering teams.
