Superpet Plastic Pte Ltd is currently hiring a dedicated Maintenance Engineer cum Driver to join our growing team in the West Region, Tuas. In this hybrid role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless operation of our production lines while managing essential logistics. You will be tasked with diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults on our plastic molding machinery, conducting routine preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment operates at peak efficiency. Beyond technical repairs, your driving duties will include the safe transport of materials and equipment. We are looking for a proactive individual who prioritizes safety, maintains a clean driving record, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on plastic molding and processing machinery to ensure continuous production.
- Drive company vehicles for the safe delivery of raw materials and collection of finished goods.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of vehicles and production equipment.
- Execute minor repairs and modifications to equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all tools and machinery are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities during downtime.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and vehicle usage reports.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License (Essential).
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar maintenance role within the manufacturing or plastic industry.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
