Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff to ensure a seamless and comfortable operational environment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair work on complex mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, hotel standards, and local building codes at all times.
- Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for emergencies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable operational practices.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the computerized maintenance management system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a luxury hotel or large commercial facility.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and facility management principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (or eligibility to work in Singapore).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
