Tanggung Jawab
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical systems including pumps, compressors, and turbines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures using root cause analysis techniques
- Overhaul and repair industrial machinery to maximize operational efficiency
- Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to minimize unplanned downtime
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams during planned shutdowns and turnarounds
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and asset management records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Conduct equipment condition monitoring and predictive maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and static mechanical systems
- Certification in CMRP or similar reliability program preferred
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems (SAP, Maximo)
- Experience working in petrochemical or energy sector facilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical approach
- Valid Work Permit or Singaporean/PR citizenship required
