Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking to advance your career within the fast-paced semiconductor industry? We are partnering with a leading semiconductor manufacturer in the West Region to recruit a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Plating). In this role, you will be the backbone of our plating operations, ensuring equipment uptime and process stability to meet high-volume production demands.
You will play a critical role in troubleshooting complex machinery, optimizing plating processes, and spearheading preventive maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a cleanroom environment and has a deep technical understanding of electrochemical plating systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on specialized plating equipment to ensure maximum operational uptime.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues in plating systems.
- Collaborate with process engineering teams to optimize plating parameters and chemical bath consistency.
- Execute equipment modifications and upgrades to improve output quality and production efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance logs and technical documentation in compliance with ISO and company standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for critical equipment components.
- Adhere strictly to safety, health, and environmental (EHS) protocols in the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of plating/wet bench equipment and related chemical handling processes.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, P&ID, and electrical diagrams.
- Experience with PLC systems and automated control software is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic production environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
