TempServ Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Engineer (Production Equipment) to join our client's team in the Loyang area. This is an exciting contract opportunity for a hands-on engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable working a 12-hour shift pattern.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all plant machinery and production equipment. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of maintenance activities including preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, equipment installations, spare parts management, and external vendor coordination. Your efforts will directly contribute to minimising downtime, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining high safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on plant production equipment to ensure maximum uptime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, including replenishment and stock optimisation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialised repairs and maintenance support.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, or automation systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) and respond to emergency call-outs.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Relevant certifications such as LEW, WSQ in Advanced Manufacturing, or equivalent are preferred.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
