Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
- Oversee machinery and equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational downtime
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment maintenance
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems and CMMS software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in maintenance management or related field is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
