Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive maintenance on smart home automation systems (security, lighting, climate control)
- Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC infrastructure
- Conduct regular system inspections and generate maintenance reports
- Implement energy efficiency improvements across utility systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during facility upgrades
- Ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations
- Manage vendor relationships for specialized equipment servicing
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and asset registers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in smart home or facility maintenance
- Technical certification in electrical, HVAC, or automation systems
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication
- Physical ability to work in various environments (heights, confined spaces)
- Knowledge of Bali building codes and permit requirements
