Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management within manufacturing
- Specialized knowledge of plywood production machinery and wood processing systems
- Proven track record in managing maintenance budgets and teams
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) preferred
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance optimization methodologies
