Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and pool filtration systems.
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and rectify potential structural or functional defects.
- Manage inventory of tools and spare parts to ensure operational readiness.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities and equipment repairs.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly followed across the property.
- Assist with small-scale renovation or refurbishment projects as directed by management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a villa, resort, or hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and general building repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and building schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude toward guest services.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
- Relevant vocational degree or technical certification in engineering or related fields.
