New Star Food Industries is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Executive to join our dynamic team in Batu Pahat. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our production facilities. This role involves comprehensive maintenance planning, execution of preventive maintenance schedules, and prompt resolution of technical issues to minimize operational downtime. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance, implement safety protocols, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance for all production equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and automation systems to troubleshoot failures
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production teams to minimize operational disruption
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation using CMMS systems
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Implement energy efficiency and cost-saving measures in maintenance practices
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing/food industry
- Proficiency in PLC systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and automation
- Certification in preventive maintenance methodologies preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
