Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all daily maintenance activities across the golf course, clubhouse, and surrounding facilities.
- Supervise and train a team of maintenance staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and utility systems to identify maintenance needs.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards at all times.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials, placing orders as necessary.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and facility issues to minimize downtime.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facility management or a similar role within the hospitality or golf industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience with the ability to motivate a team.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within the premises.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
