Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations for all hotel facilities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs with efficient troubleshooting
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate specialized repairs with external contractors
- Conduct regular facility inspections and safety compliance audits
- Maintenance inventory control for spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation for operational analysis
- Train junior staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in maintenance or facility operations
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure
- Relevant trade certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) preferred
- Proficient in maintenance management software and diagnostic tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with staff and contractors
