In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our industrial machinery and physical infrastructure operate at peak performance.
As our Maintenance & Facilities Engineer, you will lead a dedicated team to perform preventive maintenance, execute urgent repairs, and oversee facility improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for industrial machinery to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic system failures.
- Supervise and mentor the maintenance staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Oversee facility repairs, including lighting, plumbing, structural integrity, and HVAC systems.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or upgrades.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across the facility.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and budget utilization for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial maintenance or facility management.
- Deep understanding of industrial equipment, PLC systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.
