- Manage, maintain, and repair facility equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Execute daily preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues effectively and safely.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment documentation.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring necessary components are always available.
- Support and actively participate in ISO and IATF compliance audits and initiatives.
- Assist in facility upgrades, general building maintenance, and workplace safety programs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance or facilities role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with ISO and IATF quality management standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to workplace safety.
