Adecco is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance First Line Supervisor to oversee site operations in the Western region of Singapore. As the primary point of contact for daily maintenance activities, you will be responsible for ensuring that all plant equipment functions at peak performance while strictly adhering to rigorous safety protocols. You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate work schedules, and ensure that all maintenance workflows are executed efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize operational output.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and technical teams to ensure plant reliability.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in compliance with industry safety standards.
- Lead on-site troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize operational disruptions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are documented accurately in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all team members follow workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and manage procurement requests for critical repairs.
- Provide technical training and mentorship to junior technicians and contractors.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety protocols (e.g., Permit-to-Work, LOTO).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage field teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS software.
- Willingness to work in a demanding industrial environment located in the Western part of Singapore.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
