Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Conduct systematic inspections to identify potential issues and prevent operational downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory of spare parts
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards in all maintenance operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or technician role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulic equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Certification in relevant maintenance practices (e.g., CMRP, Six Sigma) is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
