Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Execute and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical failures in production machinery.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement to ensure critical component availability.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure team compliance with K3/HSE regulations.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Production Department to schedule machine servicing without compromising output targets.
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, costs, and equipment health for management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to technical troubleshooting.
- Experience in managing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse technical teams.
- Proficient in reading technical schematics and manuals.
- Ability to work on a contract basis and adapt to rotating shifts as required.
