Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all maintenance activities at the port or fuel terminal
- Supervise and direct maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and safe work execution
- Implement asset management functions including inventory control and equipment lifecycle management
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Investigate equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and budget estimates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize operational disruptions during maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in port or fuel terminal operations
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Experience with asset management systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams
- Certification in maintenance management or related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
