Wilmar is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Head to oversee our mechanical maintenance operations and ensure optimal performance of our equipment and facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all mechanical maintenance operations and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
- Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support
- Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare and submit regular maintenance reports to senior management
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs and replacements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance techniques, and troubleshooting
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs
- Proven leadership skills with experience supervising technical teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex technical problems
- Certification in maintenance management (CMRP, CMM) is a plus
