Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, including leak repairs, fixture replacements, and drain clearing
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs, such as switch/outlet replacements, wiring inspections, and circuit breaker resets
- Execute carpentry tasks including furniture repairs, door adjustments, and structural modifications
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems for optimal performance, including filter changes, duct cleaning, and refrigerant checks
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections across facilities to identify potential issues proactively
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests with efficient problem-solving
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Document maintenance activities and report recurring issues to supervisors
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in facilities maintenance, plumbing, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools
- Basic understanding of blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and work in varied positions
- Valid driver's license (if required for facility travel)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
