As a Maintenance Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production machinery. You will work closely with experienced maintenance engineers to optimize maintenance workflows, support inventory tracking, and assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is perfect for students or fresh graduates eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world mechanical and electrical challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the maintenance team in conducting daily preventive maintenance inspections on production machinery.
- Maintain and update accurate maintenance logs, service records, and equipment repair history.
- Support the maintenance department in managing spare parts inventory and stock levels to ensure minimal downtime.
- Contribute to the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for maintenance processes.
- Participate in root cause analysis for equipment malfunctions and assist in troubleshooting efforts.
- Help prepare technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency across the plant.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in industrial maintenance, automation, and plant operations.
- Basic understanding of machine components, hand tools, and technical documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
