Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring skill development
- Develop, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance programs across all equipment
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships
- Investigate equipment failures and root causes to implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules to minimize operational disruption
- Document maintenance activities and prepare performance reports for leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes and technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems (CMMS, preventive maintenance)
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CRL) preferred
- Proven experience with predictive maintenance technologies and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and root cause analysis capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance software applications
