Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures aligned with industry best practices
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate with production departments to minimize equipment downtime
- Analyze maintenance data and recommend continuous improvement solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance leadership or supervision
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance methodologies
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
- Certification in maintenance management (CMRP/Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) preferred
- Advanced problem-solving skills with root cause analysis expertise
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and maintenance planning software
