Torto Food Industries is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to join our manufacturing facility in Bukit Mertajam, Penang. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our high-speed food production lines through expert management of equipment automation and technical maintenance strategies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of equipment automation and maintenance engineers to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
- Oversee the design, installation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated automation systems and PLC controls.
- Analyze equipment failure data and downtime trends to implement root cause corrective actions and improve OEE.
- Manage the maintenance department budget, including the procurement of spare parts and management of external vendors.
- Ensure all maintenance activities strictly adhere to food safety standards, HACCP, and OSH regulations.
- Coordinate with production and quality departments to facilitate smooth equipment changeovers and upgrades.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in maintenance management, ideally within the food & beverage or FMCG sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA, and automated control systems.
- Proven track record of leading and developing technical teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex technical projects and budgets.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
