Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.
- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and company safety policies.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, forecasting costs and analyzing variances to ensure financial efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety audits, equipment inspections, and root cause analyses to identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and technical support.
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Maintenance Manager role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HSE standards, PPE usage, and emergency response procedures.
- Proven track record in budget management, inventory control, and team leadership.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and computer applications.
