This is a critical leadership role responsible for the operational integrity of our site, focusing on heavy M&E systems, HVAC infrastructure, and advanced cold room environments.
As the Maintenance Manager, you will report directly to the Complex Manager and play a pivotal role in optimizing operational uptime, ensuring safety compliance, and driving technical efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the facility maintenance team to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of heavy M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems to minimize downtime.
- Manage HVAC and industrial cold room systems, ensuring optimal thermal control and energy efficiency.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all site assets.
- Liaise with the Complex Manager to report on operational status, budget performance, and facility improvement projects.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships for specialized repair and maintenance services.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify failure trends and execute long-term reliability solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facility Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in industrial facility management or heavy maintenance.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with HVAC systems and large-scale cooling/cold room installations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams and coordinate site contractors.
- Knowledge of OSH regulations and experience maintaining safety management systems.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills to engage effectively with site management.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent equipment malfunctions.
- Relevant certifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., Chargeman or equivalent) are highly preferred.
