- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training
- Oversee maintenance schedules, ensuring timely execution of all maintenance activities
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to achieve cost-effective operations
- Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments to understand maintenance requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Continuously improve maintenance processes, procedures, and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance principles
- Proven experience leading and managing maintenance teams
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and CMMS systems
- Certification in maintenance management (CMRP, CMM) is a plus
