You will develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies while leading a skilled team of technicians to execute corrective repairs efficiently. - Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs for production equipment
- Coordinate emergency repairs to minimize production downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement improvements
- Collaborate with production departments to align maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies
- Experience leading technical teams and managing maintenance budgets
- Certification in maintenance management (CMRP, CRL) preferred
- Proficiency with CMMS systems and maintenance analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with mechanical/electrical troubleshooting experience
