As the Maintenance Manager, you will act as the bridge between engineering and production, ensuring that all machinery and facilities operate at peak performance with minimal downtime. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage critical spare parts inventory, and ensure full compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee the overall preventive and corrective maintenance strategy for all plant equipment and machinery.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of maintenance technicians and support staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.
- Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage the maintenance budget, including the procurement of spare parts, tools, and management of vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities that minimize workflow disruptions.
- Conduct regular safety audits, root cause analyses, and training sessions for maintenance staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field (Teknik Mekatronika).
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of maintenance management systems and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and communicate with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian (both oral and written).
