Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime.
- Oversee daily repairs, facility upgrades, and utility maintenance to ensure continuous production output.
- Manage maintenance inventory, spare parts procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify root causes of equipment failure and implement long-term solutions.
- Prepare and manage the annual maintenance budget to ensure cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical expertise in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in computer-aided maintenance management software (CMMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to be based in Marilao, Bulacan.
