Tigaraksa Satria is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to join our facility in Cileungsi. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure high-performance execution of tasks.
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes to optimize costs.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance metrics to identify trends and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations and company-wide environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies.
- Coordinate with production departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new machinery and facility infrastructure upgrades.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, expenditure, and overall facility condition for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in PLC, automation systems, and general industrial electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) software.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
